A New Beginning!!...again!

The hubby and I have recently both visited the doctor.  I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and they told hubby he needs to lose a few pounds.  So we are going to really change eating habits and get healthier.  During 2012 I managed to lose 25 pounds but have a long way to go.  So we are tossing out the junk food and learning to cook healthier and dropping all meats to only once or twice a week.  We should save money this was also as we plan to limit eating out to 2 times a month instead of 2 times a week. The kids would really benefit from the change as well.  So here is to our families health in 2013...
